From the menu bar, select Help > Fusion Help. If you’re new to Fusion, you might wish to read up on the basics of how to use Fusion. You should also consult the Unofficial Fusion 13 for Apple Silicon Companion guide. You need an ARM architecture (aarch64) installer. Those will never work on ARM architectures like Apple Silicon. Check the name of the file you downloaded and if it doesn’t say “aarch64” in the file name, you probably have an installer that is designed for Intel computers. It’s likely that you downloaded the wrong architecture installer. When prompted, select Move to Trash to remove the files that make up your VM.
You can remove the virtual machine that isn’t working by right clicking on it in the a virtual Machine Library, and selecting Delete. You do not have to uninstall Fusion to deal with this as there is likely nothing wrong with Fusion. What is the name of the file you are attempting to install from?
